I have successfully negotiated the complex world of ICT over an astonishing 25 years, forging a path marked by creativity and success. In the beginning of my journey, I assumed control of a busy workplace and managed the requirements of over 700 people. Later also supported the network connected by Vsat C band and KU band technology, my function grew to include direct management of crucial elements including domains, email servers, and file servers.

Innovating video conferencing services and running the ICT help desk were only two of the revolutionary features I introduced as my knowledge grew. I had a significant impact on tasks that went above and beyond normal operations, including technical documentation, procurement procedures, and even participation in technical bid evaluation.

I was a driving force in the Afghan Parliament, organizing network installations and giving crucial ICT support, demonstrating my dedication to the digital empowerment of important organizations. Despite difficulties, I maintained continuous connectivity for more than 1600 people, overcoming instability with well-planned redundancy procedures and unyielding resolve.

I spearheaded the installation of a cutting-edge solar power system as a proponent of sustainability, making sure that operations ran smoothly despite power fluctuations. This project demonstrates my all-encompassing view of ICT and my commitment to promoting long-lasting solutions.

I expertly managed budgets, audits, and annual work plans while in charge of a competent staff of 20 specialists, orchestrating a seamless union of technological prowess and strategic leadership.

My progress is a tribute to the technology's limitless potential, and I look forward to using my leadership vision and unyielding resolve to further mold the ICT environment.
